I recently had the pleasure of working with Lawyer Yatin Patel and his assistant Mausmee in the process of buying my first home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They provided excellent service and were reasonably priced, making my home buying process much smoother and stress-free. Their fees were also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service they provided. I felt that I received excellent value for the price I paid.

Had to pick one star because there is no option to give zero stars. Hired them for home purchase. My experience was horrible. I reached out and handed all docs a month ago to have a smooth closure. Despite of my effort, the lawyer office kept me in the dark until the last minute. Did not disclose what the closing cost (even approximate value) would be. A day before closing asked me to wire transfer the closing costs (a draft would cost $10 as opposed to a wire transfer of $60) On the day of closing they said they calculated the value wrong and asked me to make another huge transfer for the difference. They did not even apology for their calculation mistake. Overall, I will not recommend this lawyer to anyone. No proper communication or attention to the detail on the work they get paid for. Will keep you in the dark until last minute and throw surprise on your face and even blame you for that. Will not own their mistakes. I seriously wonder who gave them 5 stars. Probably paid or cooked up review.
