I received excellent customer service today at the Brampton Brafasco on heart lake road. She was professional, she knew her stuff, and was very kind. I needed parts but was confused on what I needed to buy, I showed her pictures of the parts and she figured out what I needed, Customer service 10/10.

The interactionstarted typically, Icalled into see if a specificfastenerwas in stock. A representativeat this location informed me that they in fact do the specificfastener in house, and that they could have a quantity of them ready for me to pickup immediately. Upon myarrival, I was greeted by a different Brafasco representative, whom I informed that I had called in an order. Unfortunately, the representativeon the phone did not take any of my information. So the in store Brafasco representativethen looks at me with a blank stare, and does nothing to further my order. I continueto provide the information I do have, however he continues to stare at me blankly. Another representativeoverheard us, and quickly came over with a box of fasteners, as he was the one I spoke to on the phone. Unfortunately, he misunderstood my fastenerrequirements, andthey were not what I needed, mistakes happen. What i do not appreciate is what happenednext. The first representative I was speaking to now just shrugshis shoulders and says he can'thelp. No suggestions of alternatives, does notcheck stock of the warehouse location in Vaughn, doesn'ttell me lead times if i wereto order the bolt now, doesn'teven apologize for the misunderstanding. I then ask questions about what they do have in stock, however he was not interested in answering. I felt as though he had no interest inhelping me and just wanted me to leave. I called another Brafasco location, where they performed all of the above steps, and although they could not provide me the exact fastener I was looking for, provided me with a viable solution which I purchased the same day.

I received excellent help from Brampton Brafasco store today. I called over 20 places trying to find what we needed to order quickly. No one had our parts in stock and no one could get it faster from the manufacturer than 2-5 business days. The staff at Brafasco were knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, positive and told me they could likely get the part in from the manufacturer that same-day, which they did! Thank you to the team at Brafasco in Brampton for excellent customer service and for literally saving our renovation from falling behind schedule when we were in a pinch trying to order hard-to-get parts.
