        We came all the way from Etobicoke at 3.30 pm but the place was closed even though the website and the prerecorded message said it was open till 5 pm . No one rang back either.

        There is an older man that works at the Brampton location and he is very rude. Hes there most days. I purchased about 5 items and I had to ask for a bag. He pushed the bag towards me instead of packing the items in the bag for me. He needs some customer service training. If you dont like your job move on to something you love. Its not the first time experiencing his poor customer service!
