i am an international student and i dont know anything about taxes and returns and i came to know about NAV Accounting and taxes. they help me a lot and gave each and every knowledge about taxes and returns .

We went to Nav for personal tax accounting. In the initial drafts he sent us, there were some mistakes about certain forms not being filled. We asked him to correct them (which he did). However, the biggest problem was him taking "assumptions" on certain things (like RRSP carryovers from previous year, citizenship status, more information to be included in T1135 form which i got to know by searching CRA's website) without asking or explicitly notifying us about it. Doing a second pass, we accidentally discovered those mistakes. This raised doubts in our mind and we decided not to jeopardize our returns and decided to file it ourselves (we still paid the fee for his time though). Overall the experience was not good. Would recommend to discuss the steps with him before moving forward as he may not ask you enough questions to clearly assess your situation and there could be lack of professionalism.

One of the best Tax Professionals I have come across in Canada. Genuine advise with minimal charges is something that you can expect from them. I do not have to worry about my taxes anymore and they will take care of it.
