        If I could give them zero stars I would. When we contacted Taxwide to file our taxes, Kerry (the owner) called us back and accepted to do our filling. The minute he got our retainer we never heard back from him directly. It has been a nightmare to reach or get a response from him and his team. You must beg them and send them 10 emails to get one answered. We ended up paying penalties and interest on our taxes because they kept deferring us for 6 months. This company is unbelievably unprofessional, horrible service and once they have your money, they ignore the client. I strongly suggest seeking out another tax professional.
