Brampton Smiles

First of all I would like to thank Dr. Abbas and all of his staff at Brampton Smiles for taking care of me in a prompt and professional manner. You guys all deserve 100 STARS, not just 5. I came into the office Monday morning with no appointment with a very bad tooth infection which required a major root canal and Crown. I was told this usually takes two to three visits to complete however Dr. Abbas immediately put me on antibiotics and by Thursday afternoon scheduled me in and completed both procedures in one visit. I have been to many dentists in the past and this by far has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a dental office. I have told everyone who knew the pain I was in for the last 7 days that this is the place to go for all of your dental needs. Thank you again everyone at Brampton Smiles, I will see you soon.

Service was OK. Just wanted to keep everyone aware that they charge you for providing instructions about how you floss. If the dental assistant would have told me those instructions are being charged for, I would have closed my ears. Really you just want to rip.off the patients!!

Very disappointed I called to have my tooth filled and fixed and I am given a run around. Told I need x-rays and exam fee when I am working 6 days a week to pay rent and food. We have a crisis in this country of choosing between health, food, and rent. Yet I call this guys reception to speak with him and get help! I asked for a payment plan or just to pay the $200 to have my tooth fixed and no this alas to cost $400. When you post affordable and flexible on your website and off the opposite. This is terrible I asked to speak with the dentist and she said he sets the price. She said no and can only give me a email. So I figured I'd publicly give him a chance to respond here! When she was given the chance she then called her Statement and said the ministry sets the guidelines and he charges the minimum. Unless you are among the elite like this guy making $125k plus a year driving a benz this is what's wrong with society today. We all work for what we have but whe you advertise being the cheapest and yet are the same price as everyone else. This is false advertisement shame on you!

Last December my dentist retired and my hygienist moved to another city. I was looking for a new dentist and hygienist, I decided to google dentist near me, and Brampton Smiles Dental Centre was one that came up, which is a few minutes where I lived, I decided to call the office, the Receptionist was so friendly, I felt assured that this is a good place. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Abbas, I needed consultation on getting a loose tooth extraction and have an implant done. After meeting with Dr. Abbas, I felt very comfortable in choosing this dental clinic. He was very thorough explaining the process of having an implant done and went through the cost as well. I scheduled an appointment and a week ago had an extraction, an implant and a temporary crown done. Dr. Abbas and his assistant Anita was absolutely amazing throughout the process. I had zero pain, I am still amazed of what a wonderful job they did. Also I had a cleaning done by one of the hygienist, she was very gentle and thorough, I must say she was as good as my old hygienist. I must say Dr. Abbas and the staff at Brampton Smiles (are all smiles), very courteous and friendly. If you are looking for a dental clinic, I highly recommend Brampton Smiles Dental Centre.
