My family and I were committed patients for nearly 4+ years, however two years ago we left. After going to our new dentistry we discovered many underlying problems in my teeth that were being ignored. My K9's had not came out yet, and they were doing nothing to solve these issue. Absolutely terrible service, due to their lack of care and common sense, we have had to spend several more dollars trying to get my teeth treated. Once, the orthodontist was tightening my expanders (which they kept on for two years), while they were ignoring the ingrown teeth, well he scratched the roof of my mouth with the tool and t resulted in a lot of pain for a very long time. Highly do not recommend them, till this day I am very mad and upset with their service because my teeth issues could've been normal and I would've been done with my braces by now. But instead, I have had three oral surgeries trying to pull out the k9's which may be attached to my bone at this point. They kept the expanders on me for TWO years telling me my jaw is too small, but ignored the baby teeth that had not even fallen out. unprofessional, unsatisfied, absolutely terrible

Dr Shakira is very professional and experienced doctor. Her staff is friendly and polite. Highly recommend her services.
