        Very helpful. When I ask for a specific item, they take me to it. Which is very rare. Most stores, they just point and it is pot luck. Usually, hunt for it.

        Very slow service. Went to buy an irobot and it took them 30 mins just to get it for me. They brought an open and damaged box so I requested the associate to get a new one as it was a gift. The associated told me that this was the only one there, I asked her to checke stock and they had 70 available. When she got the 2nd box that was also damaged when I asked her she said all the boxes are damaged. I spoke to the manager name Adam and explained I was not happy with the service. He did not escalate the issue and said I can drop in an job application work make their service better. Never had I ever experienced such unprofessional and unethical behavior. Not sure how they run the store with this attitude. Bad service provided by Salma and specifically Adam.
