What a disappointment and lack of Common sense. Tryed to get some tools Repaired/replaced The Ratchet had have a long life Along with Sockets and some other assorted gray Canada tools. Call in And Im told that my ratchets if they do not have the parts to repair them that they would replace them with a newer version and I would have to pay the difference I dont see how that is lifetime warranty the tools where from 1970sand 1980s. So obviously theyre not going to have the parts to repair them also they want me to pay the duty to ship them to them for them to decide what theyre going to do 100 pluss lb of steel to mail to them would cost more then most of them cost when bot And they wonder why everything gets sourced out to overseas companies because the companies in Canada arent willing to stand behind the product I will be taking all my gray tools from my shop and drive down to Brampton and leave them there As I offered to drive down rather than mailing them as it would be cheaper and they refused said it Has to go by the process of being mailed. If ceo of gray tools Canada would like to Discuss the matter Kim in the office has my number What a disappointment of a Canada company

Five stars for sure. At first, I had a bit of an issue with their website, and they could work on the search function, but, whatever, no big deal. Ordered late on a Wednesday; tools delivered first thing Friday morning. Received a sale confirmation email with prices; a notification of shipment email; and a confirmation of shipment with catalogue pictures. Superb fit and finish. You just can't beat Gray Tools of Canada.
