        Garden Square is in terrible condition. Most of the bricks in the square are broken with pieces everywhere. I've seen people come close to falling. I believe it is a safety concern. The festival season is just around the corner and if an individual get's injured the Square would most likely have to be off limit's until repared. Several people have raised this concern with City Hall with NO response what so ever.
