Booked 2 tickets to the UK just before Covid. Then, we kept the tickets for future travel. In January 2022, ( tickets were expiring in April 2022) when I called about the tickets and asked if I could get a refund or a credit, I was told I could get a credit. So, told them to go ahead. Kept getting the runaround about it every time I called or emailed. Blamed everything On Air Canada. When I finally took it upon myself and Contacted with Air Canada, I was told a refund had not been applied by the travel agent. Also, when you purchase a ticket from a travel agent they are supposed to look after it. Long story short, I lost $4000. Do not recommend them to anybody ever.

I will always recommend to purchase the ticket for them the service is really awesome spl..Shallu G no words i hv recommend 3-4 friends they really appreciated ..so keep it up guyz..God bless u..
