I was driving on the highway with my family, and came a across one of SGTs trucks, with a highly disrespectful driver, honking to me like crazy, with no reason whatsoever for that on my end. Tried to call the how we are driving number on the hull of the truck, no success, number changed. Because I cared, I searched over the internet and found the updated number for calling. Called the main office, reported the exact conditions of what happened to a phone operator, just to listen from that guy that in his experience (of someone NOT AT THE SITUATION) that wasnt a big deal their driver honking to family cars at the highway. I mean, regardless of the specifics of the situation, the company, anyone can say from the above, does not have a professional Customer Service. You NEVER say that to a customer. You say that you will start an internal survey/diligence on that trucker, yada, yada, but you dont say to a person reporting on your driver that your 25 years of experience means more than the situation the road user is sharing with you. In short: a logistics company with truck drivers that behave like they own the road, and with no customer service whatsoever. I would think three time before hiring their services, regardless the price.
