Very poor experience, went to this dealer using Auto Traders instant cash offer and the experience was horrible. They lowballed from the cash offer saying my car had $2000 of paint work and that the tires were bad, even though it had only 2 summers on the tires. Apparently they wanted the car to be pristine even though it was 10 years old. Would not recommend anybody waste their time going here. would give it a zero star if i could Update: Contacted by Mercedes Benz Brampton, Told me there was a lack of process followed and that they are hoping to improve. Also sold the car to another dealer for the full cash offer. Hope this process improves in the future.

I had an easy no hassle experience with Tony He, the salesman who assisted me with my purchase. I went to the dearlership early in the morning shortly after 8:30 and there were not many salespeople around to help. Tony was the first to walk in and he assisted me. He was very pleasant and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and presented me with a very good option. I am very happy with purchase and the beautiful keychain is a nice complement. Kudos to Tony He.

I dont have the words to describe my experience with Wasif G. I have known him for more than a year now . My friend bought a vehicle from him last year and i was with my friend at that time and witnessed Wasif Gs dealing and his treatment towards us. He treated us just like as if we were his children. Gave us proper advice and guided us all the way with care and dedication. I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family. I came to him in January of this year and wanted to buy a Mercedes but my vehicle was showing a Carfax. It was an error on the Carfax because i never had an accident. Wasif G called the Carfax right on the spot and got me all the necessary information on how to go about in getting this error rectified today. My saga started in January of this year. Finally , today i hot the letter of clearance from insurance company. I came straight to him today and again he called the Carfax and got everything fixed for me. I will be eternally grateful and indebted to him. He did not have to do this but he still did. I am certain he like this with all his clients. He is asset to your organization. Dont ever let him go. P.S: i cant afford a vehicle at the moment because i dont have a job at the moment , yet Wasif G still helped me.
