    Started my warranty claim in July and I still don't have a replacement or refund in December. This is absoltely unacceptable level of customer service. I really wish no one buys their products and have the same headache.

    Worst customer service Bought a coffee machine less than a year ago and took good care of it( always used their expensive solution to keep it clean and all ) but it stopped working and I have been waiting for a response from their customer service for more than 2 weeks now I called for a follow up today I was told I should receive a shipping label next week ( which will make it 3 weeks of waiting ) and after that who knows how much more I have to wait for it to be fixed My guess is that it is not a priority since it is still under warranty and will not make them money

    At the start of Covid we bought a DeLonghi La Specialista online through the Bay. It's been working great but a couple of months ago it started displaying some weird inconsistent errors, like not grinding and not frothing the milk. I contacted DeLonghi support and went back and forth with for that last month and half. They wanted a proof of purchase so I forwarded them the email confirmation I got from the Bay. They kept replying that they needed an original. I told them that's all I had but they didn't care. I told them they were useless and to just send the information for the nearest service center so I can pay to have it fixed....they did not reply! They just don't care about their customers!
