There is only one word to describe this company: OUTSTANDING! As a home owner I have dealt with many contractors but the experience I had with Roppa Waterproofing exceeded all of my expectations. It is a family run business and they treat you like family. Anthony was able to accurately diagnose my wet basement issue just over the phone before seeing the actual damage. And he was spot on. My issue required external excavation and Anthony and his dad oversaw the entire project. They even got right into the trenches with their team to ensure the work was done effectively and quickly. I had no idea the amount of labor involved in the concrete removal and my area was especially challenging due to the depth of the concrete. Despite this they finished the project on time and also left my house spotless. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!! Thanks again Anthony for everything! You made what would otherwise have been a very stressful situation, seamless and worry free for me. You and your team rock!!! (no pun intended)

Toni has excellent knowledge of the business. He kept everyone of his promises everytime I called. He was never too busy to answer my questions and very quick to rectify any concerns I may have. My experience with Tony left a positive impact. I have referred him to my neighbours and friends and will continue to do so . Thanks Toni for your service.
