        My first visit to Kal Tire and it exceeded my expectations. They are incredibly busy, so book your service online. Customer service is great and the guys are fast and very professional. Great spot to do a tire change.

        They forgot to put wheel cap after tire change. They gave us idea that they will give us replacement one. But we getting excuse every time.

        This location has terrible customer service. When calling for a simple, quick service, absolutely no one answers the phone or on the odd occasion that they do, they pick up and put you directly on hold to wait for eternity. I decided to contact a different department in the hopes they could help me or make sure there was someone available to talk to however they were of no help. They said they would send an email to the manager and they would contact me but they never did. I was very satisfied with services in the past at this location but now I no longer wish to give them my business.
