Worst experience ever for breeder. Since Royal canin moved their distribution to this company I have never received my orders in timely manner. Million excuses: backlog due to transition from RC ( ok, took it for the first time), covid, holidays, no place exactly for my order on their track etc etc ... I call in advance and ask if all products are in stock, are they up to date not behind and even after they confirmed all is good I do not get my order even I said it will be shipped today or tomorrow! And when I call them again got treated with those "backlog, COVID etc" . When product is out of stock they don't know or its again excuse that they didn't complete the order, but they even don't call you back to tell that your product is not in stock and you keep waiting and waiting until you call them and realize that nothing happens, you have no order in process bc it's out of stock! But I would have been placed order for another size kibble or whatever it would be the solution of they would let me know it's out of stock! It's starter kibbles and cans for puppies and it's the only one works for transition from mother's milk and if I buy retail RC puppy or other puppy food they get upset stomach. Absolutely rediculous customer service!
