        Made us wait for so long for ultrasound ,they do not consider the fact that no one can hold the pee for so long..really unmanaged staff

        My family doctor had requested for ultrasounds and x-rays. I called this location and they were able to book me in for my ultrasound visits. I came in for 2 of my appointments so far and I had no major issues. The only thing I could say is that the reception desk employees need to be more friendly and caring. I guess it depends who you get on the day. I was seen very quickly. The technicians, Akhtar and Sumit were amazing! Had a great laugh with them. They made the whole experience smooth. Thank you so much!

        Front desk is so unprofessional. Lady in the front doesnt even try to look for my name in the system and just directly said You dont have an appointment. After 1 minute , she saw my name and told me that u have an appointment 11:20 am but I was told on phone that my appointment timing is 11 am.
