CARSTAR Brantford West

I have been waiting since May 25, 2023 . The repair started then but I have been waiting since July for the final part for my truck to come in. This is the second time that they sent the wrong part. Not a happy camper at this point.

Was a victim of a hit and run, had these guys do the repairs to my car(bumper cover, fender and a hood) through my insurance. Took them a month to take their sweet time fixing my car and would actively avoid answering my phone calls to the point where I had to get my wife to call them and it was like pulling teeth trying to get info out of them. I finally get the car back and they didn't even bother aiming the headlight they replaced, it was shining literally 5 feet infront of the car LOL. I also noticed a couple of knicks in the paint on the A-pillar that were not there when I dropped the car off. I know every square inch of my car. EDIT: while changing my oil today I noticed they didn't even use the correct bolts to hold my headlights in, they are just some randoms that were probably found in a bin, not even the same to eachother either! Absolutely ridiculous! Nothing but hacks here. Never again will I ever think to take any of my vehicles here insurance claim or not, I'd rather let trained chimps do the work.

I strongly recommend Carstar Weston Brantford! They not only fixed the hood of my car but did a thorough cleaning on my car. So thankful for them!
