        Horrible service and workers are incompetent. Asked for only chocolate and got everything but chocolate. The lid wasnt on the French vanilla properly so it spilled everywhere. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE BASIC SKILLS TO MAKE COFFEE OR PROVIDE FOOD.

        Great stuff! It's always very helpful. They usely remember no milk and to add amond milk. No chesse. Really wish they had 2 teams for this restaurant. Poor stuff has to run around with through drive orders. Then, the front store is held up. They deffently need to get a higher rate for pay. More help for store front.

        Terrible service even before the "new staff and tills". When the drive thru has a few cars you're still going to be 10 minutes at least. Go inside and you'll be standing around a while. Gone downhill in a hurry unfortunately. At least McDonald's is right across the street to pick up the slack.
