This past weekend, I put in an order but completely forgot about the 30% off coupon code I got from a previous order. I emailed them about it and first thing this morning, they responded. They volunteered to refund me thr difference of thr coupon code. Service like this is absolutely why they are my number one supplier for my business.

In the last little bit, I've ordered quite a bit from Cara & Co, as well as through their wholesale website. The staff's efficiency is beyond amazing, and they are always super quick to package and ship out orders. I've also had to make a few adjustments to my orders, and Heidi has been nothing but amazing. She has helped me out so much recently and I cannot thank her enough for making my experience such a smooth and pleasant one. The company should be very very proud of their staff and how they treat their customers.
