    The truck broke down. No one called to let me or the recipient know. It was after 7pm when it finally arrived. The only reason we know of the issues is because we called to follow up. I ordered for next DAY delivery. We should have been given an option to cancel. Or pick up. the recipient was leaving town the next day and didn't get to enjoy her gift.

    I ordered same day delivery on a Sunday, the order was placed at 1pm. Google says that the store hours close at 3pm so I knew there was a chance my order wouldn't get delivered until the following day - which I had no problem with. I was given tracking information and my credit card was charged, but my order was not delivered the following day on the Monday. This was for my grandpa's 86th birthday and he was sad he was promised a gift but didn't receive it. I called the store and was told that my order number was no where to be found and they had no record of my purchase on file. Turns out the store was closed on the Sunday I made the purchase and I was not made aware of that. The website should not allow an order to be made if the store is closed. Because the store was closed, by default my order was sent to the Hamilton store and the order ticket was missed by employees. The employee I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and offered to upgrade my package for free and could deliver it as early as the next day. But I wanted a refund and I will not be purchasing from the Brantford location again. My order was extremely expensive ($74 for a birthday cupcake, a small foil balloon and a tiny fruit arrangement), and I'm having a hard time justifying spending that amount in the first place. I was told that the Brantford location has next to no staff and when they have no one available to work, they close the store. The Google hours should be updated to reflect that, or at the very least the website should not allow a purchase to be made if the store is closed. Very unhappy with my service and even more disappointed I have to wait an entire week to even get a refund. The only reason this even gets 1 star is because the lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and I know it's not her fault.

    Ordered from this store, 3 days later, after several calls, they tell me they cancelled my order because they dont deliver to the the town that I needed it to be delivered to. Why would no one inform me of this?? Why did it take me calling and talking to several different people to find out my order had been cancelled 3 days prior? Poor communication

    For the money spent vs what I received its pretty sad a company can get away with this.. this will remain a 1 star until I see how serious this company is to actually rectify their issues with their customer then sell mediocre at best fruit that was soggy and warm for $240 dollars. I've sent 2 emails to that email you just sent first and was waiting on a reply before posting a Google review but when I didn't recieve any interest back in trying to fix this I posted the review. I would like to change my review but I am still waiting on a response back..
