        My husband lost his leg at the knee last year.He had a von come in every two days to change the bandages and assess the wound.In June of this year I lost my husband because the infection in his leg was so bad it caused sepsis. Because of the incompetent care he received from the von nurses I no longer have a husband,our kids no longer have a father and our grandchildren are growing up without a grandfather.The nurse should be ashamed of herself.

        I would like to Thank all who treated my injury over the past three months. Special Thanks to Nurse Patty, who treated my injury on a regular basis and her treatment spared me a skin graft. Nurse Patty talked me through my injury and explained step by step her treatment process. I can't Express my gratitude for her treatment. Again Thanks to all from VON and stay safe through this difficult time.
