        Boonstra quoted me $950 for replacing a furnace gas valve and Nathan got me the same one installed for $400 with the same part and warranty. Excellent value and service and very fast response.

        Im extremely happy with Modern Heating. They put in a new furnace, new central air unit, a new hot water tank and fixed my chimney. They responded and had everything installed within days. Very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and was always on time. Nathan was awesome to deal with and responded back to me asap. I highly recommend this company.
