Rob Nagey is the most ignorant little cuss I have ever had the displeasure to speak to.when we first spoke I said I was busy heading into an appt. Returned his call no answer. He called me back an hour later. I said I can't talk am waiting for important call . He said well you put me off once today if you can't talk NOW ,We can t do business no point in moving forward. I said I really need to get this call. Ok forget it get someone else. I was waiting for my doctor to call to tell me what stage cancer I had just been diagnosed with and my chances of living. I didn't tell him this answered his questions it's now Thurs nite no call from that self intitled trash bag!What a horrible person and company. As the new broker said just think what he's like if you made a claim. To Brant Mutual you should be ashamed to have such a horrible person in your employment. You had a rich history and I will spend what ever time I have left on this earth telling this story. My parents Anne ,Bob Stewart are gone now but the money they paid to your company thankfully never have to no how you treated there son. A truly disgraceful person to have in your employment!I have no respect left for your company till my last breath. To all who read this please don't give this company your business. There's a reason he feels he can talk and treat customers this way. It usually starts at the top.
