UPS WAREHOUSE

Its always so easy to complain but I love being able to BRAG! There was a mishap and they did everything they could to help me. So much as having someone pick up my parcel from who knows where and delivering to my house on their way home on Easter weekend. Jeff(?), the woman who answered.. they listened to me and saved Easter! I cannot thank these guys enough. I appreciate your kindness so much

I have not had any issues with this warehouse, they are the most helpful! They even go out of their way to at times call me to let me know that they have a package for me that may have an incorrect address, and other times when I have a delivery that has duty needing to be paid with no information they are quick to help find the info I need (Tracking #), and call back so I can pay the duty online and receive my shipment.

lazy delivery driver left a note on my door instead of delivering my package, didn't even bother ringing the doorbell!!!!, I saw the truck pull up and got up to answer the door and they drove off!!, called the dispatch and still didn't get my package, I paid for expedited!!!!!
