Eric made the whole process SO easy and enjoyable the while way through. It was my first time going through the rental process and Eric made it feel extremely easy and straight forward. We got exactly what we were looking for exactly within our price range and very quick... My only complaint is that he managed to find us a place so quick that I still want to hangout with him some more. Would recommend to anyone in the buying or renting market!
