I highly recommend Jackie! is an understatement. My partner and I had Jackies help in bringing a case to the LTB. Not only is she knowledgeable with the pertinent Acts, she was consistently available as we needed her, and answered all of our questions and concerns right away. She walked us through the case and calmed my nerves; she was able to organize the mounds of evidence and present an accurate timeline; and she confidently spoke at the hearing giving a true representation of the issues exactly as I felt they were too.
