I was involved in a serious car accident in Sept. 2015 which was caused by another driver running a stop sign onto a secondary county road. I sustained injuries that required hospitalization and subsequent lengthy rehab. I contacted a local lawyer and did not think my best interests would be served at all. After researching various law firms I came across Smitiuch Injury Law and was very impressed with what I read. I contacted them and had an interview and they, thankfully, took on my case. I have never in my life felt as supported as I have been through this process which at best is horrendous. I cannot thank the staff at Smitiuch Injury Law, basically they saved me and my family life as I was going in a downward spiral due to a undiagnosed concussion. Since the accident occurred while I was working I originally was on WSIB which gave me grief and did only the bare minimum in treatment then stopped treatment after minimal sessions. I was deteriorating mentally. After talking to a friend they suggested I use a lawyer, I took their advice for which Im eternally grateful because the professional staff at Smitiuch were able to send me to knowledgeable Doctors get me off WSIB and get me the much needed treatment to start getting my life back on track. Its not so much about the torte case as it was about getting the proper treatment to deal with post concussion syndrome. Thank you for your fantastic staff and support!
