Jessica and Darryl were a pleasure to work with. Darryl was always available to take my calls and answer any questions in a professional manner. The sale of my home was quick and seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Thank you Daryl and Jessica for helping me sell my condo in this current real-estate climate. There were multiple other units for sale in my building and the Vansickles came up with a great plan to get my place to stand out from the rest. My place had multiple offers and was sold quickly. Daryl was always easy to contact and quick to respond by phone and email. The Vansickles were very professional and I would definitely use them again!

Couldn't agree more with the Errington review. A relative of mine had the misfortune of dealing with these 2 people and they also threatened her with litigation. Seems to be a recurring theme with the Van Sickles. It truly must be sad to have to threaten to sue people to keep them as clients. Darryl also would laugh at her when she would make legit suggestions.

**EXTREME CAUTION REQUIRED WHEN WORKING WITH THESE TWO REALTORS** What an awful experience working with these people. After deciding we do not want to do business with the Vansickles, they refuse to let us out of our contract. Our neighbour listed their house right after ours, undercut our pricing and their marketing blew ours out of the water. Stunning video, drone view of the house/neighbourhood and a scheduled open house. It was beyond embarrassing; not to mention it was a relative who had just showed us up without our knowledge. We asked for a video, got a 3D walk through, even though I said I hate those. We asked for an open house, they laughed at us and never mentioned it again. Our MLS listing photos and description were not reviewed with us. Pictures were subpar; example cabinet door was open in one, dog toy and bed in another. Missed key photo opportunities; corner lot, aerial view, rear public green space and professional landscaping. The description had many spelling mistakes, listed we have surround sound, when we do not and missed key selling features, like irrigation, professional landscaping, corner lot, and hot tub. We asked for these to be changed but some were ignored. As soon as the other listing went live, we were so embarrassed and expressed all of this to them immediately. Yes they offered to re book photos, and take a video, but we were days behind, when we should have been weeks ahead. Darryl couldnt fathom why any of this bothered us and argued us on it all, a common theme throughout our relationship. We asked for our agreement to be cancelled and he refused. They have now had their lawyer request $36,000+ in compensation to cancel our contract; our house has not sold, and was only on the market for 10 days. We received one offer, we were only told the price and not to bother countering. We never received documentation and just found out one month later, it excluded our hot tub. Which was a key factor to our decision. They knew this as we debated if we should include it in the listing multiple times; we eventually decided to include it. Given all of this, we do not wish to work with these people and they refuse to end our contract without financial compensation. I guess this is how the money hungry pigeons are going to try and keep up during this market crash. The world needs better humans than this, do better Darryl.
