I normally don't post comments but had to in this case. Inherited a home and I didn't want the hassle of a Real Estate Agent or any other issues that come with looking for a buyer, showing of the property, you know the whole nine. I picked up the phone past 8pm one night frustrated and called Helpful House Buyers. I was surprised some one picked up the phone. It was a gentlemen with such a calm voice. His name was Ian and I told him my issues. All I can say is my transaction went fast and so smoothly. Ian is very professional and trust worthy. I would recommend too anyone to use their Company for any of your housing needs.
