Foot Locker

I was in Foot Locker yesterday and although I like the store I was SHOCKED when some grubby looking guy with a full gym bag walked out of the store setting off all the alarms and the 3 or 4? staff members behind the counter didn't budge. It's good to know we can just help ourselves to the merchandise and nobody will care if you dont pay??

Staff are terrible. My family was the only 3 people in the store. I had to walk up to the counter after 5 minutes of browsing to get their attention and break up their conversation to ask for a size. The lady, rolled her eyes at me and went to the back. I said out loud to the guy " it's pretty sad that I have to be an inconvenience to you guys, so you can do your jobs" He didnt seem bothered. She came back with the shoes, handed them to my 6 year old. Didn't offer assistance at all. When it came time to pay, we were using cash and rudley she says " just because you use cash doesn't mean there isn't tax" We are fully aware there's tax regardless, we just chose to use cash. I would drive the extra kms to go to Hamilton or London.

Hopefully the management work on employee customer service and train the staff properly.

The staff is good and they have variety of shoes and great deal
