I was so impressed by the station manager. I don't travel by train much, but the friendliness and personal touch shown by the person in the ticketing office was unbelievable. Without my asking for it, he offered and gave me senior discount, as I am much more than 65 years old. I asked him if there is a restaurant within the station or nearby, and he gave me snack packs and water bottle, free of charge. Very impressive and so kind of him. About, 30 minutes after, when I had plugged in my mobile phone to charge in the waiting room, when I went to retrieve it, it was gone. I was not sitting close to it. There were just 3 or 4 persons in the waiting hall. I immediately went to him to tell him. And within 2 minutes, I saw him talking to a woman coming out the washroom, and next thing I know that woman took out my phone and charger from her bag and gave it to me. Just an unbelievable incident. I was just amazed at the whole event itself and the speedy outcome. I was so thankful to this young station manager for such strange but efficient response and results produced.
