        My son was part of the Sea Cadet program. It was fantastic!! The program taught him seamanship, teamwork and leadship skills; gave him a chance to explore our country; taught him independence; gave him opportunities to give back to the community and provided him some funding for post-secondary school. I highly recommend it.
