        We had a leak from a prior poor furnace installation and the floor rotted out. Hot or Not came quickly, took the furnace out, took out the old flooring and replaced floor, and replaced the furnace when done. They were fast, efficient, professional, really neat and were reasonably priced. They also cleared up a couple of small issues that they noticed. Couldn't be more pleased. Really great 5 star work.
