        I had damaged the bumper on my vehicle, and when I phoned Portugal Auto Body, someone answered:) This was not the case with another body shop I had contacted a week prior. Portugal Auto allowed me to come in the same day without an appointment to receive an estimate. I went, got a verbal estimate, they told me to come in the following morning at 8am. I did. They repaired my bumper and came to pick me up prior to 12pm the same day to collect my car. I would recommend this place for their prompt attention to phone calls, their courtesy, their respect for your business, good time management, and pricing. They were very reasonable. Thank you, Willie, for taking care of my concern and for your promptness, honesty, and respect. Deeply appreciated! Wishing you the best!
