Amazing!!....if youre looking for assistance regarding septic tank issues look no further..,Bio Bobs youre guy!!.....I called them and Mathew who is the technician...was wonderful...very knowledgeable extremely helpful and organized everything I needed...was out the next day to us!!!...we couldnt have been happier.....Thank you so much Mathew!! The most HONEST people I have had the privilege to meet. We moved into this house last year and i have been having issues with my basement backing up with water and was advised to get the septic tanks pumped since we didnt know when it was done last. Every company I called suggested the same, and Ive had the tanks pumped out 3 times already in the last 1 year. Last night the basement backed up again and I called Bio Bobs and spoke to Matt, he assured me someone would be there to resolve the issue. The next day I had the honour of meeting Garry, the most friendly person youll ever meet. After inspection, he explained that the tanks do not need to be pumped as the water levels were normal. Garry then inspected the basement and suggested that I have a plumber look at the problem and it was not septic tank related. They did not charge me for the visit and even gave me a reference for a plumber. I will not take my business anywhere else and one day like to meet Matt the owner of this professional enterprise.
