Great customer service until you have a claim. Hit a deer with my truck. Trucks not drivable. Had to get a rental car and was told I had a $1000 worth of rental. That lasted 20 days. After 20 days my claims adjuster told me I should go to the collision centre and see whats going on because he hadnt heard anything. I did that and the collision centre hadnt even brought my vehicle inside yet. They told me they were waiting for insurance to okay the quote. Several days later I email my broker and adjuster and hear nothing back for 5 days. When I do I get a sorry but thats our policy ($1000 only) and that they feel bad for me (being Christmas and a single parent raising 3 teen boys) and having to pay $50 a day out of my own pocket (Im day 12 $600 as of this review) and my truck still isnt started. The quotes approved for $9500 of which I will pay $500 deductible and likely a couple thousand in rental (the world shuts for Christmas in 4 business days so Im not hopeful of seeing my truck this year). I have 2 coworkers that have had the same issue of repairs taking longer than they had in rental money and their (different) insurance companies just extended it. So apparently the adjuster is wrong when he told me its standard in the industry- apparently its only North Blenheim. Then on top of me losing a couple thousand dollars, Ive been told by the adjuster to keep checking in about my truck with the collision centre. I would think for $255 a month in fees that those calls would be made on my behalf by the insurance company. I feel like Im stuck at a self checkout having to advocate and do everything for myself. I left my provider of 25 years to support a friend who got a job here. Huge mistake. Lesson learned. Dont waste your time with these amateurs.
