The pharmacist here is clueless! Made 3 mistakes on 3 different prescriptions. Luckily these were not serious mistakes. When we first started dealing with this pharmacy a few years ago, there was a super efficient pharmacist. He was energetic and friendly. Bent over backwards for people. Never left anyone standing waiting. Even you could have scripts filled why I shopped. He had them ready so fast. I miss that guy! So now we have left for another pharmacies since this one went downhill. Took our business elsewhere in Brighton and glad we did.

When their phone refill system fails and it takes a week or more to sort out a prescription you find another pharmacy. Bye

Absolutely junk of a pharmacy. You get told your medication will be ready in half an hour, just to go and find out its not ready and takes an extra 2 hours to get ready (even though all i needed was an INHALER) Or after wasting the 2 hours you finally get told they dont have the product you need. This has happened to myself, my daughter and multiple others in my family and we all think its outrageous. The managers dont do anything. They dont pay attention to when clients are at the counter. In the passed year I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy and its truly heartbreaking as it used to be such a good pharmacy back when the customers were treated as a priority and not an option. I can definitely say Ill be switching my pharmacist and no longer going to Brighton nofrils pharmacy for my services for my families medical needs.

You don't want to be in a hurry if you you need a prescription from these guys . We give them all kinds of notice and the prescription are never ready . Have complained to head office a couple of times to no avail.
