Bought a 10 year old CRZ from them and overall the car was great. The hybrid battery a few days ago died and needs to be replaced. Apparently according to other mechanics and even a Honda dealership, it's common knowledge that they only last about 10 years. They full knowingly sold me a car with a battery on its last ounce of life THEN tried to charge me roghly 7k to replace the battery when other dealerships and mechanics got the part for 2k totalling around 2.5k. I paid 7.5k to buy the car then you're going to charge me almost what I paid for the car to fix it when you should have known that the battery was going to die soon. Another Honda dealership wanted to charge me 9k to replace it....9k!! I can maybe get behind thinking the battery was going to last longer but trying to charge me 7k when the battery is only 2k is robbery. Manager was no help and consistently interrupted me saying "call customer service" because tough luck apparently. My advice is don't go to them for vehicle repairs because you will get severely ripped off and stay away from their used vehicles especially if it's a hybrid.

Honda went above and beyond when My mother in law purchased a used Honda Accord from them. There was some upholstery wear and rips and my mil was going to just deal with it, but when she picked up the car they had fixed it for her and it looked amazing! She loves her car still almost 2 years later!
