Dr. Paul Shim

Dr. Shim replaced both my hips after a car accident. I returned to him for a follow up. I wanted to know why I woke up during the surgery and why I had a lot of pain post op in my left knee. He seemed oblivious to my concerns and more interested in impressing the nurses who where present at the time. I was left wanting to remind him that hes A) a married man and B) responsible for telling me the truth with respect to what occurred in the ER. I never had any problems with my left knee until I had a hip replacement by Dr. Shim. Obviously something occurred during the surgery apart from the anesthesiologist failing to ensure I was kept asleep!!! Respectfully, C. J. K.

Excellent surgeon. Great hospital. Great staff. Great nurses. The 3 days in recovery after knee surgery was like a mini holiday.

The Doctors may be great but you can actually never get through to the office. I have called over 30 times in the last week and no one answers the phone and the mail box is always full. They either need a new receptionist or more staff. Very unprofessional.
