The ladies are so kind and try to behave. But there is a very racist manager (one lady said he is the boss) He will talk with arrogance ignoring you. He couldnt honour us as human beings, I am very sure he behaved that bad only because we were black. He is a hateful and racist. I have never seen such a person I wish you got bad days, the same you made our day so sad and bad We went their with a license and authentication letter from the Kenyan embassy, He could not even give us a proper reason as to why he refused our documents and couldnt accept. He was talking to us shouting from behind and doing other stuff. That guy ashamed which academic institution he attended and the institution he is working for
