        DR TORRES IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR .HE'S VERY PLEASANT ,VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HAS BEEN A GREAT DOCTOR, NOT ONLY FOR MYSELF BUT WAS MY MOTHER'S DOCTOR AS WELL.. WE BOTH RECEIVED GREAT CARE FROM DR. TORESS AND STAFF

        Call for weeks and never get a call back Should be returning phone calls this is not right!

        I was kindly received without an appointment and was squeezed in for an excruciating ear infection. All staff were so kind and Dr Torres even followed up with several medical needs and referrals for health prevention programs. Even being squeezed in, I wasnt rushed out the door in any way. I was so grateful for the care I received. Lovely team.

        Been calling to get a prescription refill for over a week and a half to No avail This is Not Right Also they won't answer the phone either They are terrible in that office.Dr.Torre s Needs to smarten the staff up. If I don't get my prescription faxed to the drug store I am going to outpatients and have them do it. This is not fair to the patients nor to outpatient staff
