Bev is the most professional and reliable florist. She is counted on every year for an annual event, and this year she just outdid herself. She was a dream to work with, and she went above and beyond my expectations.

We ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers for my mother's 92 birthday and they are a huge disappointment. When I called the flower shop I was told that the bouquet was pale because they have mainly Christmas colors at this time (what about birthdays and funerals, as well as other events ?) The flowers were not arranged, just wrapped, and I was told that it is up to the customer to arrange them, unless specific directions have been advised. I find this to be totally unacceptable or professional.

I had phoned the flower shop in Brockville for a funeral that was being held in Luton Bedfordshire England, the team at the flower shop delivered the most beautiful bouquet I want to thank them very much, great job.
