Been with them since I was 17. Theyve been OK. Super frustrated recently. Had an accident was not my fault. Has taken three months for them to kind of finish it and after these three months of dealing with this, they shouldve gave me one hell of a good deal for the fact of waiting, do you feel it was not my fault for the accident and the clean shouldve taken that long to process first guy I talk to it took him over two weeks to respond back to me after the first time then he was not around anytime I called when he did call me back he didnt really know what was going on because he was waiting for the other company to admit that they did wrong when I had a video of the incident. I feel like Im getting lowballed on the prices. They are giving me after three months of waiting they should be giving me one amazing deal due to the fact that it was not my fault and Ive been patient should have taken this long. They want their money right away I want mine had a darn fair and reasonable rate. Actually, I should be with you anymore due to the fact of waiting not fair that would be interested on their behalf. I should be interest, put on my behalf, if I should receive more money for the high interest on my money for the fact that I have to wait So lone, I should be making money because of it.

I have been with McDougall Insurance for many years and had always excellent service. The reason I changed to another company is that I got a better deal that they could not match.
