I had an appointment for 3pm which my mother was taking me as I am unable to drive right now. Her car broke down and my son left to take me but we were going to be a few minutes late, I called and the lady who answered told me that the doctor was running behind and wouldnt be able to see me. I told her I was only 5 minutes away and she replied you can come but I dont know if she will see you. I said never mind then and hung up. This was an emergency room follow up appointment. This place sucks and very uncaring people work here!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Tyler for several years. We have found her to be professional, courteous and very thorough. We highly recommend Dr. Tyler to anyone needing the services of a family physician.

(Translated by Google) I moved from Kingston over a year ago and changed my family doctor as I have a baby and need to have a doctor nearby but this is the biggest mistake I have made, the receptionists at this clinic are lousy and rude (she hung up on us because we asked to see our doctor immediately) always no appointment either she asks to go to the hospital or she says the doctor will call us back and finally nobody calls us knowing that it's not a case of COVID, I don't understand why it's called family doctor if we don't see our patients on site, especially a baby under 2 years old, I regret having a doctor here really it's disappointing, I do not recommend it to you (Original) Jai dmnag de Kingston a fait plus dun an et jai chang mon mdecin de famille car jai un bb et je dois avoir un mdecin proximit mais cest la plus grande erreur que jai faite ,les rceptionnistes de cette clinique sont nulles et impolies (elle nous a raccroch au nez parce quon a demand de voir notre mdecin immdiatement)toujours pas de rendez-vous soit elle demandent daller lhpital ou bien elle disent que le mdecin va nous rappeller et enfin de compte personne nous appelle sachant que cest pas un cas de COVID , je comprend pas pourquoi a sappelle mdecin de famille si on reoit pas nos patients sur place surtout un bb de moins de 2 ans ,je regrette davoir un mdecin ici vraiment cest dcevant ,je vous ne le recommande pas

After being placed on a very long waiting list I finally managed to get an appointment. Which was cancelled...rescheduled....and cancelled again. Needless to say I didnt try for a third time.
