WHAT A GREAT STAFF THIS PLACE HAS JUST ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FOUND OUT MY SOUSE HAD PNUEMONIA AND THE NURSES AND ATTENDANTS ARE VERY VERY HELPFUL...THANK YOU SO MUCH

I feel bad giving this a bad rating but I also had a pretty bad experience. We came into contact with covid, & needed testing done. We went for our 10:30 appointment and parked where they told us. Over an hour went by and cars that came after us, were going before us non-stop. We questioned a worker nicely & he said it's probably paperwork processing (turns out that wasn't the case). Apparently they forgot about us & when we were trying to ask about this, the girl was acting as if it didn't happen. They had us pull to the front of the building because they said we agreed to in-car testing which we did not. It wasn't an issue, but we didn't agree to it. It was just very disorganized and all over the place. We then stated how we had been around quite a few people who were high risk and they said we are unable to get a rapid. We didn't have the back number on our health cards and the woman stated that was fine we could access with just our health card number, turns out this was also false as we DID need the back number. We then waited as they came out to our car 4 times over the span of another 30 ish minutes and they still hadn't brought us the tests. They finally brought them and we left being told they open 29th. I call today to find out they still don't have our results after 5 days & they told me to call later in day, just for me to try calling 6-7 times over the span of the afternoon-evening and for them to not bother to pick up the phone. Now my son IS sick, and we aren't sure why, or if it's covid-related because the assessment centre has made it incredibly difficult to be seen by a health care provider due to the circumstances.
