I had an awesome appointment there yesterday with Dr. Lam he was so friendly and explained everything he did. He was also fast and said if there was any problems with my prescription to come back and he'd fix it I definitely recommend him and will definitely go back.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses was told would be 2 or 3 weeks to get them and to wait to pickup. Called Hakim 18 days later and was told 1 pair was in the other which seemed odd, got a call yesterday after messaging Hakim's main facebook telling me my glasses were in and that the delay was because they did not have my new phone number and yet my phone log is proof I called two weeks ago to inquire about the glasses and gave my new number, I feel like Hakim and this location was not honest with me!!! I should be compensated some way but probably will not be and this is a small city and this will get around!
