Novel Orthodontics

Very dull expierence with them. My nubs are still on my teeth and have been waiting to get an appointment since March. I have non stop payed for my trays and services and dont even get replied to let alone did it not even work on my teeth and now have to get crowns and spend another 1400$ on top of the 5500 I already spend for trays that never moved my teeth to begin with. Its a fraud

I would never recommend this to at the time 8 yr old girl who is still losing teeth. The trays never fitted due to loosing her baby teeth and molars, we were always in to get fitted for new trays. We were told the total and that everything was included, fine all good but what we were not told is that if she wasnt in a stage at a certain time, we had to pay more for more trays. We paid 6 grand at once out of pocket. We didnt spend more so she was let go, no more trays no more service , they gave her no more treatment and a little girl still has no results that we were promised. So it was a big waste of money. Who makes at the time 8 year old get these with still loosing those baby teeth??? Lesson learned plz be aware.

I was apprehensive about committing to getting Invisalign but the experience has been great so far. Lisa and Casey are wonderful with explaining things thoroughly and answering my questions, and I've been fit in quickly a few times now when an attachment falls off or I have a concern.

Everything started off great for about the first year into my treatment. However, they don't really seem well organized. I was given elastics but questioned if I had enough to last until my next appointment. I was told it would be fine and I would be able to get some more whenever I ran out. Except when I did run out as I expected, they didn't have any in the office to pick up and I had to wait a couple of months until my next appointment to get some. As a result of the break from elastics, I developed contact dermatitis to the latex elastics. I had to wait several more months for them to order latex-free elastics, which again, I did not get enough of. They were not proactive in making sure that these elastics were available for my treatment, so when I ran out it meant another several month delay in getting elastics. Not only that, the orthodontist who was overseeing my treatment left and they waited until the day before my appointment to cancel instead of rescheduling ahead of time. They cancelled my next appointment the day of because my new orthodontist was running behind and didn't make an effort to schedule a new appointment anywhere close to my cancelled appointments. Their disorganization has led to many interruptions in my treatment. If I hadn't already finished paying, I would try to find someone else to oversee the remaining treatment time.
