Dr. Harvinder Chawla

Seen this pediatrician 4 times for the same reason and she gave absolutely zero medical advice.

I just experienced the worst call I have ever heard in my life. The fact that it was a Doctor on the other end of the call was shocking. Dr Chawla had an Appt with a patient this morning at 9am, it was to be a virtual call. When this call was set up back in February they told us the date, time and with whom the apt was with, no information on what platform the virtual call would be on, no link, no anything other then the date, time and recipient. Dr Chawla called 10 minutes late, with a very rude and impatient attitude to have a virtual call with a patient with mental illness so the patient could get a prescription for the medications he needs because his current Dr cannot prescribe certain medications. When he called with his rude attitude he kept trying to explain how to do the virtual call through OTN but he was not communicating well with his patient at all, not caring that the person he was dealing with was mentally challenged. He went on about how he was waiting virtually for 10 minutes when we were never given any way to be on virtual anything with him. After about 7 minutes of him being extremely rude he cut his patient off, frustrated, and told him to talk to his Dr to get another referral, that he wasn't helping anymore and he hung up before anything else could be said. This is the only option that this man with mental illness had to get his prescriptions which he cannot live without and Dr Chawla basically told him he has no other options but to die... If he cannot live without these prescriptions and Dr Chawla told him he won't help him, he's sentencing him to death, knowingly. How is this man even a Doctor? Suicide is a serious problem and Dr Chawla is making clients feel like that is their only options and its absolutely unacceptable.
